False Allegations by a Relative

I have a relative the couple is going through a separation and I was just advising the husband to sort out things so that kids should not suffer but wife was not ready so wife was expecting me to take her side which i don’t as she was wrong as per me so the wife booked a false complaint on me along with her husband I don’t even understand how am I involved?

Hello... You can go for quashing of that case against you... It can be quashed by filing a Writ Petition in the High Court by which entire case will be over and no proceedings will go on... Once thw complaint /. FIR has lodged, you have to utilise tje appropriate legal forum for rescue. Please, approach a lawyer and go ahead. The lawyer will advice you the needful and will act accordingly on your behalf.
