Fake promises of marriage from me and my family.. sexual exploitation

I was in a relationship with a man from bulandshahr, uttar pradesh. He told me that he wants to marry me from the first day . I didn't trust him so he put sindoor to me on 25th October 2023 so that I can trust him that he is going to marry me and I got trap .After that he accepted me as his wife and also our relationship as a married couple. Also he promised my family that he will marry me after December 2023. Now he is denying after sexually exploiting me for 15 months . What should I do ?

In the new act BNS 2023, there is specific section which make these kind of act an offence. You can file a criminal complaint against the accused in the police station. If police doesn't register your complaint you may contact the higher authority.
If that also doesn't work out for you , you can file a complaint in the court.

you should lodged the FIR as soon as possible in your nearby police station for raping by false promises of marriage. if Police does not help you or does not lodging your FIR, Then you must send a registered letter to your District SSP and then present in front of him to complaint about the concern. But first you have to know that the FIR is the base of any case. So draft it with the mind seriously.

You should contact his parents and tell them about the situation. Well inform if they don't arrange marriage then Thnkuu will file criminal case against the boy.
you can go to the police station and register FIR make sure u have advocate from the beginning cause in this type of cases if correct approch is not taken from beginning then it becomes difficult to register FIR.
