Excise department raid in medical store harassed all women there

In my neibour Medical Store Excise department Raid without lady Constable and he enter her home without asking or informing to any house owner or person in that house all was ladies after asking to officer by neibour, officer threaten him don't interfare in this matter other wise i will arrest you, Is it right or wrong, what is the fundamental right of a house holder or relative during raids by Excise department Thanks in Advance...
