yes evidence means as the witness no 1 to 4 are not appearing to give evidence hence court has issued warrant against them, the police has to arrest them and produce them before court to give evidence, if the police fail to produce the court can drop them which is usually not done, so now at present warrant in issued to witness no 1 to 4 and ploice has to produce them before court to give evidence in your case.
