Erroneously name cognizance by ACJM court in Pvt. Complaint case in no
10-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Erroneously name entered in -Pvt. Complaint 156(3) (of incidEnce of 2013 in complaint instituted in 2017 though barred by limitations). Unfortunately cognizance by ACJM ghaziabad court u/323, 504, 506 where nowhere the name
(of 1 of respondent )even in statement of complainant stated for such offence before the court or even in complaint.
I need to struck name which erroneously cognizance by court as I am govt servant. Pl. Help

If the Court concerned has added your name in the FIR, in event as such you would be requiring to file a petition for quashing an FIR in your respect so that the FIR may be quashed and your name will be removed from the said FIR.
