Dowry complaint , chargesheet not filed by police to the court

I have given dowry complaint 498(a) against my husband & in- laws. Police have registered F.I.R on 12th Jan 2020. Already 9 months are over, since registering F.I.R & till today police have'nt filed chargesheet in magistrate court. I went to the police station & asked the I.O regarding chargesheet , but they did'nt respond properly.Police are delaying in filing chargesheet. Police have taken Rs 50,000 bribe from me, for registering F.I.R & filing chargesheet in magistrate court. What next step should I take , in order to get chargesheet filed in court by the police?
Better you approach HC to pressurize the police to file charge sheet otherwise they may collude with your husband and close the case there itself or weaken your case. Ask the court to change IO or to hand over CBI.
