Some people's attack on me and am serious injured and doctors take my head operation and after operation am mentally fit but am can not walk and doctors gave to me disiable certificate and said in my medical report dangerous to life injury in head.... But police can not add ipc 307 in my case and charge sheet file in court with ipc 308 .... Now my case go on sesion court... I want to add ipc 307 in my case.... Please tell me.. Kya ipc 307 add ho skdi hai.... And kime add hove gi
You have to file revision petition against the charges order vise which he have been framed only under 308 and not in 307. you may file revision petition under section 397 of CR PC before the higher authorities.
