Cheated by girl frnd and I am in a big Problem.

I was going around with a girl for about one year and a half, she cheated me for 20lacs and settled with her boy friend, now out of 20lacs I have a bank statement which shows transferred amount of only 8lacs. I got her jewelry of 3lacs bills are on her name and the rest was given to her by cash all this was given to her by taking loan on my name and I am getting tortured and harassed by banke, since we where in a relationship I neither took post dated cheques nor I made her sign any agreement, please advise.

Forget about that amount and discontinue all your relationships with her. If your pressurise her for return of money you will invite troubles as she may lodge serious complaints with police. The police and courts always believe versions of such people and FIR may be registered with false allegations against you.
