Section 482 of CrPC, which deals with the power of court to quash criminal proceedings, hasnt given the details of that what exactly constitutes the inherent power of court. In that sense, the Code is very vague as it doesnt lay out the grounds on which the foundations of the inherent power of court lay.

it would be inappropriate in my end of spectrum to comment as to whether your lawyer perfedous towards u or not, but the limited facts that you have put,, the 2 facts which assiduously come to my mind is , the firstly the remedy of listing application to be put forth or mentioning in front of lordship that the matter has not been taken up for past 4 months, which results in you facing the ramifications & the repercussions of such ommisssion .
