Can I prepare for Civil services after criminal case quashed by HQ.

I was accused by a girl, 14 yrs old, to whom I was teaching in a tution class, that I abused her. Her parents lodged an FIR against me u/s 354 (a) and under pocso act (10) (11) (12). I was in judicial custody for 2 months then got the bail. Then after We compromised and the case is quashed from the HQ. Now i am preparing for State Civil services, can my case affect my selection? Should I do preparation or not? I lost my confidence completely and hoping some good things to be happen in my life. I have already burnt mid night oils in my preparation. Kindly advise me what should I do?
