Can I get US visa if I have FIR of 307 and 498A

Hi TeamI have false 307, 498 case filed, highcourt give me clear unconditional bail and also add remark saying it's look like false case. I have also add quashe caseNow charsheet is not filed yet and I want to apply for US visa as my ofc want to to join US team ASAP. nnDo I need any legal permission from police or court to apply visa ?nOr any bail will work in this case ??

in this case you have to apply for quashing application before the high court for setting aside the fir.
if the FIR gets quashed then you are free to apply for visa or else you have to seek permission of the respective court for travelling abroad
