yes it can be easily quashed...but you have to prove the adultery with a cogent and credible evidence there are many judgements of Hon'ble High court where the high court have quashed the entire proceedings

You can file a quashing petition. you can take ground of adultery in other cases. if the court found that your wife is falsely implicating you in the aforementioned FIR the Court quashed the FIR Some other remedies are also available.
