on the above mentioned query please clarify the contents of FIR and post mortem report. and thereafter conditions and circumstances of death. what issue created between the deceased and her in-laws or husband. on the date of occurrence where was the husband and where was the in-laws.

without clarification no one can commit for possibility of bail of the husband

it is a clear cut case of allegation of dowry death under section 304b of IPC read with section 113 b of the Indian evidence act. the cause of death is throttling. which is itself serious. as regard bill of husband in this case the bail is itself difficult.

Then you should approach High Court for Husband Bail Application court will consider material facts and circumstances of the case then might be possible bail granted and without documents quite tough to say anything about that matter.

husband bail also decided by high court but this case is very critical because deceased was dead with in 3 month of marriage. bail totlly depend on pm report or statement of prosecution witness
