Respected all, i have got divorce on 4th july 2018 from Family Court in Bangalore and other cases (498 a from april 2017 and 125 crpc from 12 th july 2017) are going in Rayachoty Andhra Pradesh and now what about these cases, is there any chance to quash the cases in high court pls guide me....

The divorce case and other two cases are different in nature. Since because you got divorce decree you cannot get quash other two cases. You have to establish that the wife is having sufficient means to support herself financially to avoid payment of maintenance. Secondly you must prove that you have not attempted or committed any cruelty against her.
