4 year old fir and charge sheet filed can get quash now

A 420 case happened in 2020 Jan already in mayohall court. Police did charsheet. Can I apply for quash now in high court? I have all proof it's wrong and illeagally filed . Please suggest can do it in fast remedy

I understand your questions so now you want to file a quash the 420 offence yes it is possible to file it at high court you have a strong proof itis false case lodged the police afainest you so chargesheet is important to file quash so it is posible in high court so thankbfor asking questions

yes you can file a petition under section 482 of crpc in the Hon' ble high court of Karnataka or you can also apply for discharge if you have things to prove that there is no evidence against you, so go ahead and file and also get a stay order on the further proceedings of the case filed in lower court.

Dear Sir, If charges are not framed against you then you can approach High Court by filing a quashing petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C or charges are not framed you can file discharge application under Section 239 of Cr.P.C before the same Court. If it is for trial then you have to take guidance of senior lawyer for preparation of cross questions to the Complainant and witnesses to destroy prosecution case and get acquittal.
