3 years ago a false FIR alliged against me under section 363,366,354 and POCSO 7/8 nWent to highcourt for antic anticipatory bail and it get rejected.I went jail for more than 2 months, got bail and challenged chargesheet,nHighcourt set me free from all charges and I filled a difemination case,nNow lawyer told me that I'll get more than 2 caror rupees for this but nothing happening from 1 years.What to do now

on the above mentioned query please pursue your present case on your own. it is primarily duty of the petitioner that the petitioner come to the court on every date and appear in front of hon'ble judge of the concerned court. then you have to be thoroughly inspect the original case file means thoroughly inspect the ordersheet of the case file

In this situation everything decide by the file which is pending in the court. after seen the file any decission can be take. without seen the file no one can answer properly. but my be your lawyer cant take this case seriously. your file demand some proper on it.
