Managment and HR departments ill treating all the employees in office

14-Mar-2023 (In Corporate Law)
I previously worked at an agency where the Senior Management and the Human resources department has been ill-treating the employees by threatening them not to pay their salaries delaying the payment of FnF for more than 6 months, changing policies as they please, deducting the day's salary just for attending a training late, delay in payment of salaries, holding experience letters of ex employees, implementing rules of not joining any agency for 6 months and not joining any company worked with for a year( where in other agencies the gap is of 6 months max). Please help me out to bring in justice to all the existing and ex employees who have been struggling to get their hard earned money.

Dear Sir/Madam,
In order to provide an effective solution to your problem it will be important for me to study the employment agreement between you and the company. Based on that a possible strategy can be adopted. Private companies tend to insert clauses in the contract which seem harmless at the outset but are put in only to protect them from any legal action from the part of the employees. From the information you have provided in your query I believe that two possible strategies can be adopted being:
1. If your role constitutes to be that of a workman then a suit for violation of the provision of labour laws can be initiated.
2. If you have signed a retainer agreement then a suit of breach of contract and violation of the principles of contract can be initiated.
In both instances you qualify for compensation and other reliefs .
Depending on the nature of conduct and thorough scrutiny the action to be taken against the company and senior management can be devised.

Dear client,
You by yourself able to take care of the faulty organisation or its department, no legislation in the world prescribed for such harsh norms and rules, all you need to do is to make a complaint before the regional or local labor commissioner addressing the atrocities taken up by the so called organisation, gather the relevant document and go to the labor commissioner.
Hope u are satisfied with the solution.
Thank you.

First make a complaint to the director with all the troubles of HR and senior managers regarding the issue that they are pressurising and misappropriating money.
Later on file FIR in a local police station for fraud. And don't worry about joining any other agencies in future as the clauses on which you signed before joining the agency will be of value. Not the ones you signed after joining, as you all may have a common reason that they forced you to sign by with holding and delaying your salaries.
