Plot and building is in name of factory. Factory license is expired for many years. Would like to sell the plot. What is the process
Which license is expired? If the license is under Factories Act, then that will have no significance on the sale of plot with building. You can sell the land and building as per market value by way of registered and stamped sale deed.
