I need some lawyer help, i bought a gym membership for 1 year, after 6 months gym shut down and no adjustment was done... and owner not responding

We must send a legal notice to the owner of the gym and direct him to give back the membership amount within 15 days. If he doesn't comply as per the notice, we will initiate legal actions against him.
