Q: Lost much on online game, paying loans, if wife files case

I am addicted to online games. I hide it from wife before marriage.now I am paying my from.I hardly get 10000 per month after deduction. after knowing that my wife left home.we have played online games with tax.me and my wife sometime quarrels and sometime fight as normal. is very upset with me. can she file any case regarding this issue?

Filing cases in India is very easy and anyone can file a case against anyone, it is for the court to verify its truthfulness, and that takes some amount of time, and till then the other party suffers both mentally and physically. Your wife has left you and you have all the right to file a case for restitution of conjugal rights before the Ld. District Judge. Q: Husband is a gay? Can ipc 420 be filed

My friends husband is gay. She have electronic evidences. Can she file FIR with ipc 420? will he be arrested? He lives in Chennai and comes from a well to do family. She have been through a lot of torcher and she have evidence of the torcher done by him and his family on her.

First go to your local Police Station and file a written complaint against the accused persons, if the PS doesn't take any action against them you can file an FIR through the Ld. Magistrate Court, where the Police will be directed to take actions against the said accused persons.This complete procedure will take about 4-5 days.

Q: Transfer Of Property Rights from My Mother ( Deceased)

My mother passed away in Sep 2021. Father passed away much earlier. I am the only legal heir. No siblings. I want to transfer the rights of my mother's property to my name. I stay in Bangalore due to service requirements. Property is in West Bengal. How to do this?

You will automatically get all the right, title and interest in the property which your mother left behind for you, but, you will have to get it Mutated in your name. As you are residing outside the state, we will manage everything on your behalf to get the mutation done for you. We will need the following documents -1) Death Certificate of your Mother,2) Death Certificate of your Father, and,3) Legal Hier Certificate.You will also have to provide us all the property details as well.Thank You so much.
