I sold a property builder is not giving any NOC
29-Apr-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
My CIBIL is hampered as the builder to whom I sold the flat is not paying the banker for the loan that I have taken. Now the property is with the builder on the promise that he will pay the banker but now the builder is untraceable. Please help me. I am a Hindu by birth & religion.
Dear Owner as i can understand that you are facing problem with the builder and builder is untraceable and if u want to take action against the builder than please file an FIR against the absconded builder and consult and engage the property lawyer to handle the case

It's a little hard to believe that your builder is untraceable , kindly meet a lawyer in person to discuss your case because if you don't act honestly now the bank will definitely hold you liable to recover loan and you could be caught in deep mess !
