I seek Refund from an Coaching Institute

i have paid registration fee of rs 5,000 and Fee of course rs 30,000 to a coaching institute in noida, i have attended only 2 classes for which no attendance is marked after 2 classes i fell sick and i informed them through phone that i am not willing to continue and asked for a refund from them. They don't have any record of my 2 days attendance. But they are not willing to refund my amount. What can i do please help me as i have paid money but not took their service. i have invoice/bill of both the transactions

You can recover your money from the institute and they very much bound to return your money as per the Supreme Court guidelines/rulings. You must show me the relevant documents to take due action in this regard because after delay the Hon'ble Courts would also be barred from considering auch delayed matters as given under Statutes.
