I have a commercial court case

My contract partner has sued me for a commercial case. I am a goverment doctor and i signed a contract before entering goverment contract. He has sued me for not sharing profit in running an icu ina hospital but he did not help for even a single day and is just demanding money
Hi going by the limited information provided by you. I have understood that there was a contract between you two and he has filed a commercial suit againt you stating that the profits have not been shared with him. It is better to represent yourself in the court and put your averments bwfore the Court through an Advocate so as to show his conduct in the agreement and he has done nothing in running the said ICUs thereby he is not entitled to such claim.

You should contest the case and further you should look into his plaint what claim he has filed against you. After that accordingly you will be able to make your defence. Do you have any proofs that he has not worked for a single day, if yes then you should annex those proof alongwith the defence.
