You may get your mobile cost with 10k damages. Forum may award 5k lawyer fees.

Advise you to file a case to fight for your rights. They will continue to cheat if you don't file.

You can send a lawyer notice to the Poorvika shop as well as to the manufacturing company of the mobile centre along with the relevant documents. If they are not complied with the issue then you can file a case before the Consumer Forum.

SIR,
Your case has to commence with issuing legal notice to the defaulter and to proceed with filing complaint before the district consumer redressal forum. You can claim not only the spent amount but also the compensation for menatal agony upto Rs.20 lakhs before the district forum and beyond which you can approach the state forum which has the bench at madurai.
