Harassment by Ola Cabs over non-payment of dues

13-Aug-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I had booked Ola Auto on April 25th, 2019. After the trip, the app prompted for cash payment (Rs. 128). Upon which I made the payment to driver by PayTM as he didnt have cash change. However, Ola Postpaid amount was also deducted for the same trip. As a result, I had ~Rs. 270 pending (from last two trips). I immediately emailed ola support about this issue. I kept waiting for their response. Instead of hearing from them, I started receiving emails/calls/messages for non-payment of dues. I kept telling them that an issue is waiting to be resolved. I shall make the payment once the issue is resolved. However I never got any call to solve my ticket, however they kept calling me incessantly about non-payment of dues. They have been calling me/emailing me/messaging me for more that ten times a day. I want to file harassment case.

I have perused your query and would advise you to issue a legal notice to the concerned directors of OLA. Further we can file a consumer complaint and seen compensation for mental harrassment and agony on account of deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.
