Filing case against furniture company

Hi - I wish to file a consumer case against an online furniture company. They book money in advance and have sent a broken wardrobe. I would like to get my money refunded.

You can file a case against the company and ask for compensation along with the refund of the money or a replacement of the broken wardrobe. The proceedings can be initiated in the consumer forum and based on your claim and the place of the office of the company, the jurisdiction of the consumer forum will be determined. The case is generally initiated after sending the company a legal notice detailing the incident and the cost that is being asked from them and the action that you wish to take if the company does not rectify the wrong. Firstly, How much did your Furniture cost you? according to that the jurisdiction would be decided?
Secondly did you speak to the Online Company for exchange or refund? if yes what was there reply.
WE can file a case against the same for recovery of damage and compensation for the loss incurred by you due to this.
