Hi, I have a flat in Supertech Czar suites, Greater Noida. Now, This property is declared illegal by Greater Noida Authority. I need to know about how can I refund my money from Supertech builder.

Dear Sir/ Madam as it is not clear from your question that waht is the value of the flat you have booked with supertech, in case, the value of flat is below twenty lakhs you have to file a case in consumer court in noida and if the value is more then twenty lakhs you have to file a case in sate consumer forum, which is at lucknow. You can also lodge a FIR against the builder at noida itself.
