dear firstly you challenging all three cases in high Court through 482crpc with your all grievance then high court stayed all the cases processing Of lower court then you filled criminal writ again gag act fir in high court in this circumstance high court stayed the preceding of arrest then you submitted all grievance to concerned police officer

Kisi ne mree papa k uppr fake case registered kiya tha...Paise ki kamii hone k karan hum ek acha lawyer nhi kr paaye aur uss glti ki wjh se humne apne cases mein bht si gltiyan ki aur ab mre papa 20 prcnt submit krk appeal kiye hu.....Kya ism court k alawa koi higher authority inspector, govt ministers, DM help kr skte h .... ek nyaayik investigation krne k liye dono prty ka.. qki m uppr court tk nahi ladd paauga nahi hmree paas itne paise h aur 20 % appeal money submit krne m hi humein bht karz lena pdaa h...Kya yh possible h ki m main ek police interrogation ki maang kr skta hu.. aur Agr woh police interrogation mein saabit kr le...ki ha usne mjhe cheque amount diya h kb and kaise....then main poora amount dene ko taiyr hu...

you can did and also file case again accised but you did not run away that 138 N.I act case so you approach a advocate who have good knowledge of n.i act and also criminal case and take all grevance in memo of appeal

you can file case where property sitchuated . not only 420, but alsom467, 468, 471, 469, IPC attarected. you can file booth civil and also criminal case if police does not registerd your fir then you can move application us 156(3) crpc and requested to court issued order to concern policr station officer to ragisterd the case

firstly you send legal notice within 30 days from the knowledge of the cheque bounce date after issued notice you wait which date accused received notice or refused notice after 15 dayes you have 30 dayes to filed case in concern court

cheque bounce matter is a criminal proceeding to court fees only to rupees before summoning the accused after summoning only five rs per person according to crpc no other fee that is legally fee after NBW fee just 10 rs per person
