Bad service in renovation of kitchen or can say no service

Hired a person for kitchen renovation . Paid him in advance and in return he promised to give complete the renovation in 13 days. It's been 2.5 months with no response over call. Hr just gives lame excuses over whatsapp. How to move further now?

You may issue a legal notice followed by a consumer case or a suit for breach of contract and claim damages. Further better particulars are required to enable us to tender our opinion on the issue in hand.

Firstly Start by demanding back the money paid to them by sending a Legal Notice. If they don't reply or return the money you can proceed with filing a suit at the District Consumer Forum. For any further assistance please contact me.
