Q: A girl has cheated on me in love and played with my heart emotionall?

10 months ago My Bhabhi's sister has proposed me on phone call to marry her. I accepted her proposal on condition that if she would not leave me in future. We used to talk 2 hours a day on phone and she played with my heart emotionally for 10 months. But When our love story came in front of our family, she told a lie to everyone that I had proposed her, she hadn't. And she said that she didn't want to marry me. After listening that i didn't eat properly for many days even I was going to suicide but my family stopped me to do. And I want "justice" when she didn't want to marry me then why she proposed me to marry her and played with my heart?

Don't waste your time with legal case ; as there is no legal Remedy as per your mentioned facts but if the same had happened with a girl then the girl has legal remedy in the particular situation and can even lead to arrest of the boy. next time be careful with whom you spend your time.

Q: Second marriage without divorce

My father did a second marriage without getting divorce or her consent from my mother.. Its been 3 years he married to another women and we got to know this recently . What should we do now?

According to Hindu Law second marriage is not a valid marriage if the spouse from first marriage is still alive and if a person marries second time even when the wife is alive then the first wife can ask for divorce from the husband.

Q: Bad service in renovation of kitchen or can say no service

Hired a person for kitchen renovation . Paid him in advance and in return he promised to give complete the renovation in 13 days. It's been 2.5 months with no response over call. Hr just gives lame excuses over whatsapp. How to move further now?

In the mail HEADING IS INVITATION TO CONCILIATION ON BEHALF OF SBI CREDIT CARDS..Shared online meeting link How to procced can i attend alone or with any representative?Due to job lost not paying credit card outstanding ..can u suggest what will happened not attending ?if i attend what is the consequence.

You should try not to attend it alone if you are not aware of the legal provisions, however you should State clearly that you are willing to pay but can't pay the whole amount and at what time can you pay it .It would be helpful to you in future,if case is brought up before a court for hearing

Q: Parking dispute with neighbour on the size of car

I purchased a builder floor in Dec 20. Ground floor consists of car parking and a two room set. This two room set is in the name of Mr 'A'Upper Ground is occupied by said Mr 'A'.I occupy First Floor.Second Floor is also in the name of said Mr 'A'Now, Mr 'A' tries to stop me to park my sedan by saying that I can park only a small (hatchback) car. In my sale deed it is mentioned that I purchase the flat with car parking, no mention of size of car is there.kindly advise.

You can park the car since the size of car is not mentioned anywhere any car can be parked in said parking ...be it scorpio or Bolero or innova...this is wrong on part of Mr.A.If builder has not marked proper parking spots then you need to call a flat meeting and propose the same however the space should be equally devided among each flat owner.i.e if mr.A has three flats with parking then he would get three parking.you should also call the builder to confirm the same.
