Whether to file a review application or appeal before HC or SC?

Mistake in the order a. This appeal was no 5/2013, not listed peremptorily. Cross appeal no 7/2013 was listed peremptorily. b. Out of 3 reliefs, 1st relief has not been decided. c. Replication and case law filed have not been considered. d. Appellant and her counsel being abroad, application was filed for adjournment. Same has not been considered. e. MD of the company is being prosecuted u/s 113 of Companies Act, by Sp CJM for not delivering shares. Evidence filed has not been considered. f. Appellant was a foundation director in the company, a family company.
