Registration of marriage.

05-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have been married since 1 1/2 yr by nikah ceremony. Now, I need to have a marriage certificate issued by registrar. My husband's address is of mehsana in all his ID s Gujarat and mine are of MadhyaPradesh. Can we start a new court marriage procedure (under special marriage) after 1 1/2 yr? Or We will need to register this already done marriage? If so, please help me with the procedure and documents required. I will be highly thankful to you. Thanks in advance.
