Dear Sir,I bought flat on my wife name only but at the time of booking i have transferred Booking payment 8 lakh in her account. Good morning,Hope you're aware of the situation, JEtairways being in NCLT, and about 360 cr. worth of tickets purchased didn't get to fly. I purchased 100,000 worth of airfare to Singapore and the flight were cancelled with no recourse or refund yet. Since I bought from a Goibibo which is an online company acting as booking agent, is Goibibo liable to pay me the refund? If not, can I petition to NCLT to repay the ticket refunds first before paying the banks since banks took an investment risk, not the consumers.Thanks,Ravi
