Property belongs to my father-in-law

he is having 3 daughters and one son son expired daughter-in-law holding the property and staying in Amarica with her daughters sent my mother-in-law now i am taking care my wife and her sisters including her mother aged 92 years want a file case for equal rightd of the property is it posible to get the property in equal share
hello dear user not mentioned astu your religion. if you are Hindu then the property has to be divided into five equal parts that is mother-in-law three daughters one sun. you can issue notice Tu wife of your brother in law seeking partition of property and allotting your portion to you. failing which you can file suit for partition
