Husband filed for divorce but wife wants to stay together

will the court approve divorce,if wife has wore imitation during weding.she is innocent.had been a daughter in law.and never cheated her husband in.any means.im a hindu nair girl.pls help.i.dnt.need a divorce

Hello, If you dont want divorce then you may file restitution of conjugal rights in court. Amd also file counter divorce case that deny all the allegations made by your husband meanwhile file maintenance case.

You can contest the case the result depends upon the grounds for divorce and the facts and circumstances of the case. If you are not living together now and you definitely want to live together file a case for restitution of conjugal rights u/s 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955.

Hi madam/sir. Hi am not understanding your problem but finally you told you don't want divorce so if you need your partner ask compromise him. Otherwise file conjugal petition to court then court will decide

Surely court will not granted divorce without evidence. So Kindly contest the case and now if you both are not living together. You can file Conjugal right petition against your husband in that petition you will be ordered for your favour

You have to file petition for restitution of conjugal rights and file the counter in divorce proceedings by disputing all the averments. If you want to cohabitat with him you should insist the family court for counselling
