Q: Husband filed for divorce but wife wants to stay together

will the court approve divorce,if wife has wore imitation during weding.she is innocent.had been a daughter in law.and never cheated her husband in.any means.im a hindu nair girl.pls help.i.dnt.need a divorce

You have to file petition for restitution of conjugal rights and file the counter in divorce proceedings by disputing all the averments. If you want to cohabitat with him you should insist the family court for counselling

Q: How to file for contempt of court

Sir,received an order frm highcourt bench in our favour with the order saying the needed to be done in 3 weeks,the opp party has not done so... Keeps saying we are gonna appeal to Supreme court... It is gonna be 3 weeks soon & no news about a stay order against ours. My question is.. Do they have to get a stay order against us? & can we file contempt of court against them & will they avoid it by saying we are gonna appeal in Supreme Court? Thank you.

If any order is passed by anycourt that should be obeyed without delay. Furthermore mere saying that they are going to file an appeal it would not help in anyform for your opposite party. Once it is found that the order of court has not been obeyed then you can file contempt petiton subsequent to issue the contempt notice.

Q: What are the rights of girl child in father's property

Sir i am from vadalur my father has 2 acre agricultural land and now it is in my fathers name and still he is alive and maintaining all his assests now my sister asking volouterly asking for his share in that property my father has now not interested in spiliting the lands. Whether my sister is having legal rights to claim his share

As per the provisions of hindu succession act. A female can ask her equal share as son provided that the property must be an ancestral property. Insofar as the self acquired property of a father, no one can ask claim during the lifetime of father. If the father died intestate the property should be partitioned among the heirs equally.
