Muje 1 person ne 2.30 lakh ka cheque diya tha aur aj bank ki taraf se muje confirmation mila hai ki uska cheque dishonoured hua hai abhi muje legal tarike se paise wapis lene ke liye kya karna chahiye?

Aap usake khilaf criminal case kar sakate hai par pahile aap kisi achche vakil se use legal notice bhejiye aur baadme aap uspe sec 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act la case kijiye. Ye criminal case hai .

You can issue legal notoce under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. Contact local lawyer provide all details and give all documents regarding the said transactions. So that he can issue legal notice. After stipulated period if you failed to recover money you can file case.

You have to issue a notice under section 138 of negotiable instruments act and then file the complaint if payment not made in notice period. You have to follow time schedule as per the provision of the act

Hello, Cheque dishonour hojata hai toh woh criminal offence hoga. Par woh cheque jo dishonoured hua hai uske liye ek notice deni padti hai unko under 30 days. Aur again 15 din mai reply nahi aaya unka toh criminal complaint hogi uske khilaf under section 138 of negotiable instruments act. Bank aapko 'Cheque return memo degi'. Aur uske basis pe aage badh sakte hai aur strict legal action le sakege. Thank you.

Hi, Kindly contact a lawyer. Provide copy of cheque, bank return memo,address ect Your lawyer will send a legal notice within 30 days. If the other part dont pay the amount within 15 days, you can file the complaint after 15 days but within 30 days in the concerned court. Thanks
