Can a citizen complaint against government officer and their committee for their approval of government contract or tender All relevant Docoments are available which clearly shows that the tender was given to contractor is wrong and working committee gave the tender to contractor out of terms
Yes definitely a citizen may file a complaint against the concerned officials Biside this you may also file a civil suit against department and the contractor to declare the contract null and void.....
