You can file a complaint against her if the case has been filed on frivolous grounds and can also contest the case by presenting your facts to the court in the form of written statement. the appropriate advice can be rendered only when the true facts governing your case come to my knowledge .

Hi, In such a case, you must immediately provide a copy of the Petition filed by your wife to a lawyer who can guide you ably through the process. You must draft a reply and reply to the said petition, the failure to do so within the stipulated time period will reflect adversely upon you. You would have been provided a hearing date in the matter. Appoint a lawyer for such date and be present before Court in order to show your bonafide. As for what you can do, you may proceed to file divorce on grounds of cruelty. However, these measures can only be explained when I have further details, as to how long have you been married? Are you working? Do you have children. It would be pointless to give you advice when I don't have your story.

Mr client, engaging yourself in all this won't aid you at all.You need to rebut all her contentions with some proofs. Filing a case against her cant give you any relief at all. With Regards Shasha Jain,Adv Ch-314,Patiala House Courts, Near India Gate,Delhi
