Cancellation of stay and extn of stay procedure

Dear sir/mam,
I got rhe verdict one year back but the opponent move interim stay in high court for the verdict. My advocate informe me case not listed and judge are changed for the past one year.
Kindly advice how to approach and request the court to cancel the stay and direct the order for EP.

you can ask the Judge to change temporary orders by filing a Motion to Modify Temporary Orders. However, you must be able show a significant change in circumstances. Talk with a lawyer first. It may make more sense to set your case for a final hearing.
