Can person file bribery case against BSES officer on someone else name

One of my neighbour filed a complaint of bribery by a BSES officer .In the complaint he has signed my signature and submitted it to vigilance department of BSES .Does this amount to forgery ? Will police register FIR on my complaint that my signs have been forged in the complaint .

Doing someon else signature is itself a crime ,you should give a return complaint against that person in a police station also compliant this in the concern bses office also and with that officer or authority do a defamtion cas3 also on him
