1. Since both states are different so you have to approach the Supreme Court to get the Bangalore Case transferred to Hosur. 2. Better file an application before the Bangalore Court stating that it has no jurisdiction to proceed with the case. 3. It will take some days/years to dispose the case till then you have to depend upon the maintenance.

You can approach the court in Bangalore and file an application to get the conjugal rights case transferred to Hosur. The Court also will pass orders for such orders. Approach a lawyer who will help you in this matter.

Madam as the maintenance case comes under criminal procedure code and restitution of conjugal rights come under civil procedure code they cannot be clubbed but they can be conducted in one court at Hosur, the best thing you can do is file a transfer petition in high court, and take a stay order on the conjugal right petition till the transfer petition is decided, and by doing so the maintenance petition will be running without interruption and conjugal right case will be stayed and the court will definitely transfer the conjugal rights case as you are a women and also having a child which the court will consider.

Madam, You have two option here. Either you can seek for transfer of the case from Bengaluru to Hosuru by filing the Civil Petition seeking the transfer of case. In both cases the prayer is different. Therefore you can seek for clubing of matter at High Court. The high Court have the inherent power power to pass a necessary order under such circumstances. Or you can appear before the RCR court and refer the matter to the mediation and try to settle there only instead of draging.
