wife living separately with daughter(3yr) & nt allowing me to meet her

Hello, I am 34 years old. I got married on 2015. After 2 yeras of stay due to miss increased understanding my wife started to live at his fathers house for 7-10 days every month. on 2017 we have our baby, its a girl child. after then situation becomes worse. now for last 4 months my wife is staying at her fathers house with my daughter and not allowing me to meet my daughter. every month I am bearing all the expenses(school fees, medicine fees etc) of my daughter. What should I do now? My wife is asking me to file a divorce file...if I do so do I need to pay alimony. And how I may get the custodian of my daughter. My wife is a working women(pvt company). Her parents are postal agents and all of them have not enough time for my daughter. On the other hand I am also a working guy(govt employee) but my parents are retired govt employee and staying all the time at home and can provide much more time to my daughter. I am conscious about my daughters development.
