Want divorce but marriage not registered

It’s been 7 years of marriage. Have 2 kids but still this marriage is not going great. My husband is very arrogant. He never gave respect to me he is doing everything but only to show the other people. He hit me so many times very badly. Last incident was he chocked me in front of so many people in middle of the road. I am done n can’t tolerate any more . I am worried for my children. I am not a working woman. I cant leave my babies with him. Please suggest.
as you are saying that you are married your husband in 7 years have passed wedlock given birth to two childrens after marriage in your married life satisfied with husband in your view husband is very arrogant for you you are a housewife as well as you have mentioned a incident over here when husband try tochoke Ur neck and block Ur breathing to kill you in this sinario you apply for divorce registration certificate will not be any hurdles thanks.
