Visiting Rights Of My Daughter

24-Oct-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
As per the divorce agreement it is mentioned that I and my relatives may be allowed to see my daughter time to time.. however my wife is not allowing me to see my daughter in multiple occasions showing her inconvenience.. and she is referring to the agreement which mentions "may be allowed" and she is not bound to allow me. Is the term "may be" has been a blunder to keep in the agreement ? What should I do ?

If your wife is not allowing to see your daughter then you can visit her by taking the help of your local police so to avoid any unwanted situation.if the above way does not work out then you need to file a suit challenging the divorce agreement.
