SI has taken my 15y/o son into custody on my behalf

I'm alleged and accused for a girl who has ran away with a boy. In my absence, the policemen forcibly enter in the room where my children reside and slapped my non 18 years son and forcibly has taken to police station. Can I lodge FIR against that policemen?
