Legal procedure to claim children's custody under 5years by father

I have 1son and 1daughter age 5+and 1+ respectively . My wife did not live with me and not divorce me. She is a govt employee. How can I get my childs custody. It's our 6yrs life journey but my wife did not live with me not more 100 days.
File a divorce petition against her soon and claim yr children custody in same petition n narrantes all about yr matrimonial dispute it will be a contested divorce but at last u will get decree in favour of u .
