Husband Will Give Divorce On The Condition To Never File Case For Chil

My husband is saying that he will give divorce on the condition that she has to sign an agreement on written that she will never file a case to get the baby back even if he is not able to take care of child.
Is such kind of agreement is possible? And if possible then still can we file case if husband is not able to take care of baby?
Women age -32 year
Child Age - 8 year
Women living apart from husband since last 3 year.
Plz suggest
the husband cannot impose any such condition or force you to sign any agreement of such kind. best way is the recourse to law. file for custody of child in court and court will decide for the better future of the child based on the facts and circumstances of your case.
