Husband want child's custody & remedy against false case filed by wife

I have a son of 2 years. Me and my wife misunderstanding with my family matter and get complain against me in police station under section IPC 498A,307,34. With simply cut and showing that my husband is demand for money and left out my child.police arrested me and send to jail. I am in bail know. I want to know how I get my son custody for better future and how to fight false allegation against me.
You have to do two things. First you try to solve your dispute amicablly by arranging some persons who are well wishers of both the families. Secondly if failed from the first attempt you may file a case for child custody under hindu succession act but for this you have to wait till the child attain the age of 5 before that you may apply for visiting rights under the same act.
