Q: Remedies if parents are harassing an adult daughter mentally
My father and mother are tracking my mobile number and harassing me I am a Hindu girl and my age is 29 years and am a working lady. I am staying out of my house because they are doing severe mental torture and forcing me to get married but I am not interested for marriage and now they are tracking my mobile number and harassing me and even coming to my rented house and defaming me infront of my house owner and neighbors. Father was a retired police officer so no police department are taking action what should I do please suggest me sir.

You can approach the court directly by initiating a domestic violence case. You may also file a complaint case before the magistrate. If police not registered the fir then you may sent it through registered post with ad to the local police station if they will not receive the fir the you may approach the proper court. Thank you

My friend was forced marriaged to a person.He had sex with me without her will.She spent 5 years with him.Now she wants divorce but he doesn't.If she cases a file,then her family and his family may kill her because his brother had attempted murder on her but she was urged to tolerate because none helped her.Please help me to get her divorced.Because her father and her brother also beat her till today brutally.please help.

Q: What is the validity of an unregistered sale agreement
I had issued power of attorney to someone for my land and also entered non registered sale agreement on court paper with him for a consideration of Rs.150000 before 5 years back. Person gave me 50000 twice till now and today after a gap of 5 years period from agreement date asking to pay rest Rs 50000/ and give payment clearance . He has also aquired my land. Can I make the sale agreement null and void today on the ground of land cost escalation and non payment of full consideration within reasonable period ?

If the power of attorney is registered the you may approach for cancellation of that and for the sale agreement of there is any specific period determined by you for payment then you may approach through legal notice for revocation of the agreement and also you have to refund the amount which the other party given you.
Q: Husband want child's custody & remedy against false case filed by wife
I have a son of 2 years. Me and my wife misunderstanding with my family matter and get complain against me in police station under section IPC 498A,307,34. With simply cut and showing that my husband is demand for money and left out my child.police arrested me and send to jail. I am in bail know. I want to know how I get my son custody for better future and how to fight false allegation against me.

You have to do two things. First you try to solve your dispute amicablly by arranging some persons who are well wishers of both the families. Secondly if failed from the first attempt you may file a case for child custody under hindu succession act but for this you have to wait till the child attain the age of 5 before that you may apply for visiting rights under the same act.
